Game Rules

Last updated: September 21, 2026
Article 1 — Organiser

Croesus Game (hereinafter "the Contest") is organised by:

  • Company name: LKT Corporation LLC
  • DMCC Business Licence No.: 1001389
  • Registered office / registered address: Uptown Tower Uptown Dubai, Jumeirah Lakes Towers P.O. Box 48800 Dubai, United Arab Emirates
  • Contact email address: contact@croesusgame.com

(hereinafter "the Organiser").

Article 2 — Purpose of the Contest

The Contest is an online game of skill, accessible via the website www.Croesus Game.com, in which each player controls a character that must avoid obstacles for as long as possible. The score achieved depends exclusively on the player's skill, reaction speed and mastery of the game.

The Contest contains no element of chance. The outcome of each game depends solely on the player's performance. As such, the Contest constitutes, within the meaning of applicable regulations, a game of skill and not a game of chance or a lottery.

Article 3 — Conditions of Participation

3.1. The Contest is open to any natural person, with no restriction as to nationality or place of residence.

3.2. Participation is reserved for persons who are, at the time of their registration on the Website, at least 18 years old. The Organiser reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to exclude from the Contest, without notice or compensation, any participant found not to meet this condition.

3.3. Participation is strictly personal. Each participant may only create and use a single player account. The Organiser reserves the right to exclude from the leaderboard and from prizes any participant found to hold multiple accounts, without this imposing on the Organiser any obligation of systematic verification.

3.4. Participation in a game requires the use of a game credit, automatically debited at the start of each game, in accordance with the pricing terms in effect on the Website at the time of purchase.

3.5. Employees of the Organiser, as well as any person directly involved in the design or management of the Contest, may not claim prizes from the monthly leaderboards.

Article 4 — How the Contest Works

4.1. The Contest runs in monthly cycles. Each cycle begins on the first day of the calendar month at 00:00 and ends on the last day of the same month at 23:59 (Gulf Standard Time, UAE).

4.2. During each cycle, the scores achieved by each participant are recorded. Only each participant's best score of the month is taken into account for the monthly leaderboard, subject to any minimum score carried over in accordance with Article 6.3.

4.3. The leaderboard is updated in real time and may be viewed by anyone on the relevant page of the Website.

4.4. Interruption of a game. The game credit is debited at the start of the game. If a game is interrupted by the player before completion, for any reason whatsoever (closing the tab or browser, loss of connection, powering off the device), the game is deemed ended with no score recorded, and the credit used is neither refunded nor re-credited.

Article 5 — Prizes

5.1. Each monthly cycle results in prizes being awarded to the top three of the leaderboard, as follows:

  • 1st place: Rank 1 prize
  • 2nd place: Rank 2 prize
  • 3rd place: Rank 3 prize

5.2. The exact nature and value of the prizes may change each month and are announced before the start of each cycle on the Website's "Prizes to be Won" page, which forms an integral part of these Rules. Participants are invited to consult this page for details of the current prizes. Where the prizes for a cycle are carried over to the following cycle in accordance with Article 6.3, the "Prizes to be Won" page will be updated accordingly to reflect this carry-over.

5.3. Winners may not, under any circumstances, dispute the prizes, nor demand their exchange for cash value, nor their replacement or substitution for any reason whatsoever, unless the Organiser decides otherwise.

Article 6 — Conditions for Distributing Prizes

6.1. In order to ensure the sustainability of the Contest, the awarding of prizes for a given monthly cycle is conditional on the revenue generated by the sale of game credits, at the end of the cycle, reaching at least the value of the prizes to be won for that cycle (as set by the Organiser for that cycle), assessed where applicable on a cumulative basis in accordance with the conditions of Article 6.3.

6.2. If this threshold is reached at the end of a cycle, the prizes are awarded to the winners of that cycle under the conditions set out in Articles 5, 7 and 8 of these Rules.

6.3. If, at the end of a cycle, the revenue for that cycle does not reach the threshold set out in Article 6.1:

  • no prize is awarded for that cycle; the leaderboard for the cycle nonetheless remains published for informational purposes;
  • the prizes to be won for that cycle are carried over unchanged (same nature, same value) to the following cycle, in place of the prizes that would otherwise have been offered for that following cycle;
  • for each participant who achieved at least one score during that cycle, their best score is carried over to the following cycle as an acquired minimum score;
  • the revenue for that cycle is combined with that of the following cycle: the threshold, assessed on the basis of this cumulative revenue and observed at the end of the second cycle, remains the value of the carried-over prizes (with no addition of a prize value specific to that second cycle, since no separate prize is offered for it);
  • each participant affected by this carry-over is automatically notified by email, at the address associated with their account, of the non-award of the cycle's prizes and the carry-over of their score to the following cycle.

The carried-over minimum score is retained as of right for the benefit of the participant for the purpose of establishing the leaderboard for the following cycle. The participant retains the ability to play new games during that following cycle, using credits in the normal way, in an attempt to improve on that score. For the purpose of establishing the leaderboard for that new cycle, only the higher of the carried-over minimum score, on the one hand, and the scores achieved during the new cycle, on the other hand, is taken into account.

This carry-over mechanism applies identically at the end of each subsequent cycle for as long as the cumulative revenue does not reach the value of the prizes at stake: the prizes and the cumulative revenue continue to be carried over, cycle after cycle, and each affected participant's minimum score continues to be carried over and compared against their scores for the new cycle under the conditions described above, for a maximum of twelve (12) consecutive cycles. Article 6.4 below governs the situation where the threshold set out in Article 6.1 is still not reached at the end of this twelfth consecutive cycle.

Example (score): A participant achieves a score of 500 points during a cycle whose prizes are not awarded. This score is carried over as the minimum score for the following cycle. If they play again during that following cycle and score 600 points, this score of 600 points is used for the leaderboard; if they do not play, or score less than 500 points, the minimum score of 500 points is maintained. This same carry-over logic applies, cycle after cycle, for as long as the mechanism described in this Article 6.3 continues to apply.

Example (revenue): The prizes to be won for the first cycle have a value of €1,400. Revenue for the first cycle amounts to €800, an amount below this value: no prize is awarded, the same prizes (still valued at €1,400) are carried over to the following cycle, and this €800 of revenue is also carried over. If revenue for the following cycle amounts to €900, the cumulative revenue (€800 + €900 = €1,700) exceeds the €1,400 value of the carried-over prizes: these prizes are then awarded for this second cycle, based on its leaderboard (incorporating, where applicable, any carried-over minimum scores). Had the €1,400 threshold still not been reached at the end of this second cycle, the same prizes and the cumulative revenue would instead have continued to be carried over to the following cycle, and so on for up to twelve consecutive cycles, as described above.

6.4. If, at the end of the twelfth (12th) consecutive cycle referred to in Article 6.3, the cumulative revenue of all twelve cycles still does not reach the threshold set out in Article 6.1, no prize is awarded for any of those twelve cycles and no further carry-over of score or prizes is made.

In this case, the cumulative revenue of the twelve cycles concerned is paid in full by the Organiser, within a reasonable period after the close of the twelfth cycle, to a charitable organisation of its choice.

Example: The prizes to be won, set at the start of this run of cycles, have a value of €1,400. Across the twelve consecutive monthly cycles that follow, the cumulative revenue generated by credit sales totals €1,100, an amount still below this value at the end of the twelfth cycle. No prize is awarded for any of these twelve cycles; the cumulative €1,100 is donated to the organisation designated by the Organiser.

The leaderboard for the twelfth cycle remains published for informational purposes. The following (thirteenth) cycle proceeds normally, under the conditions of Article 6.1, with new prizes set by the Organiser for that cycle and with no carry-over of score or revenue from the twelve cycles that resulted in the donation.

6.5. The value of the prizes to be won, used to assess the threshold referred to in Article 6.1, is set by the Organiser for each cycle (or carried over in accordance with Article 6.3) and is not necessarily published as such; it differs from the presentation of prizes made to participants in accordance with Article 5.2 on the "Prizes to be Won" page.

Article 7 — Determination of Winners

7.1. The monthly leaderboard is established in descending order of the best score achieved by each participant during the cycle, including any minimum score carried over in accordance with Article 6.3.

7.2. In the event of an exact tie in score between two or more participants, the tie is broken in favour of the participant who achieved that score first in time (the timestamp of the score recorded by the system being determinative).

Article 8 — Prize Delivery Procedures

8.1. At the end of each cycle, and subject to compliance with the conditions of Article 6, the Organiser contacts each winner by email, at the address associated with their account, within 7 (seven) business days following the end of the relevant cycle.

8.2. The winner has 7 (seven) calendar days from the sending of this email to respond and provide the Organiser with a valid postal address for delivery of the prize.

8.3. If the winner does not respond within this period, the prize is deemed forfeited. No automatic reminder, carry-over, or compensation will be provided, unless the Organiser decides otherwise.

8.4. Physical prizes are shipped by post to the address provided by the winner. Shipping costs are borne by the Organiser, unless otherwise indicated at the time the prize is awarded. Gift card prizes are sent by email to the address associated with the winner's account, under the same conditions and time limits as those set out in this article.

Article 9 — Anti-Cheating and Integrity of the Leaderboard

9.1. The Organiser implements technical measures to check the plausibility of submitted scores, with the aim of detecting and excluding fraudulent submissions or submissions that are manifestly inconsistent with the actual elapsed playing time.

9.2. Any score identified as abnormal by the checks referred to in Article 9.1 is rejected and not taken into account in the leaderboard.

The participant concerned may challenge this rejection by writing, within 15 (fifteen) calendar days of the close of the relevant cycle, to the address given in Article 1, setting out the circumstances of the game in question. The Organiser will then re-examine the disputed score in light of the technical data available.

This right to challenge constitutes only a means of re-examination and creates no obligation of outcome, nor any systematic reinstatement of the score on the leaderboard. The Organiser's decision following this re-examination will be communicated to the participant in writing and is final.

9.3. The Organiser reserves the right to exclude from the Contest, without notice or compensation, any participant who attempts to cheat, manipulate the game or ranking system, or circumvent these Rules by any means whatsoever (use of bots, automated scripts, exploitation of technical vulnerabilities, etc.).

Article 10 — Personal Data

10.1. Personal data collected in connection with the Contest (account identifier, email address and, where applicable, postal address provided for the purpose of awarding prizes) is processed by the Organiser solely for the purpose of managing the Contest and awarding prizes.

10.2. In accordance with applicable UAE data protection law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, each participant has rights regarding their personal data, the details of which are set out in the Website's Privacy Policy. These rights may be exercised by writing to the address given in Article 1 of these Rules or to the address given in the Privacy Policy.

Article 11 — Liability

11.1. The Organiser is not liable for technical failures beyond its control (network outage, interruption of the hosting service, unintentional software bug) that may disrupt the running of the Contest.

11.2. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, postpone or modify the Contest if necessary, without this giving rise to any liability on its part.

Article 12 — Amendment of the Rules

The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Rules, in whole or in part, at any time. Any amendment will be published on the Website and will apply to game cycles beginning after its publication.

Article 13 — Acceptance of the Rules

Participation in the Contest implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Rules by the participant, as well as the Website's general terms and conditions of sale and use.

Article 14 — Applicable Law and Disputes

These Rules are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall, in the absence of an amicable settlement, fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

Terms of Use

Last updated: September 21, 2026
Article 1 — Purpose

These terms of use (hereinafter the "Terms") set out the conditions under which users (hereinafter "the User" or "Users") access and use the Website and the "Croesus Game" gaming service (hereinafter "the Website" or "the Service").

Any use of the Website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. They apply in addition to the Contest Rules and, where applicable, the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) governing the purchase of credits on the Website, these documents together forming a coherent contractual whole.

Article 2 — Website Operator

The Website is operated by:

  • Company name: LKT Corporation LLC
  • DMCC Business Licence No.: 1001389
  • Registered office: Uptown Tower Uptown Dubai, Jumeirah Lakes Towers P.O. Box 48800 Dubai, United Arab Emirates
  • Contact email address: contact@croesusgame.com
  • Hosting: NS1029.UI-DNS.COM

(hereinafter "the Operator").

Article 3 — Access to the Website and Account Creation

3.1. Access to the public pages of the Website (presentation, leaderboard, rules, prizes to be won) is free and open to all. Participation in the game, however, requires the creation of a user account.

3.2. Account creation is reserved for persons aged 18 or over. The Operator reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate the account of any User found not to meet this condition.

3.3. Each User may only create and use one account. The User undertakes to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date.

3.4. The User is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and for any activity carried out from their account. They undertake to inform the Operator without delay of any unauthorised use of their account of which they become aware.

Article 4 — Operation of the Service and Game Credits

4.1. The Service is based on a system of virtual game credits (hereinafter "the Credits"), which may be purchased on the Website. Each game played consumes one credit at the rate displayed on the Website at the time of purchase (for illustration: 1 credit = 1 game = €1, subject to the rates displayed).

4.2. Credits have no monetary value outside the Service, are neither transferable nor exchangeable nor convertible into cash, and may only be used to start games on the Website.

4.3. Validity period. Purchased Credits are valid for 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase. After this period, unused Credits automatically expire, with no possibility of refund or extension, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

4.4. No refunds. Purchased Credits are non-refundable, even if unused before expiry, subject to mandatory statutory provisions (in particular where the Service is non-compliant due to a cause attributable to the Operator).

4.5. Right of withdrawal. As these Terms are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates, no statutory cooling-off period applies to the purchase of Credits. However, the User expressly acknowledges and accepts, at the time of purchase, that the supply of Credits begins upon their validation and that any right the User may have to cancel the purchase lapses upon the first use of a Credit. For any questions on this matter, the User is invited to consult the Website's General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

(The precise terms for purchase, invoicing and payment are set out in the Website's GTCS, a document separate from this one.)

Article 5 — The Game and the Leaderboard

5.1. Croesus Game is a game of skill whose outcome depends solely on the player's ability, with no element of chance whatsoever.

5.2. The conditions for the monthly leaderboard, the requirements for awarding prizes, and the tie-breaking rules are set out in the Contest Rules, available on the Website, which the User is invited to consult before participating.

Article 6 — Intellectual Property

6.1. All elements of the Website (text, graphics, logo, audio elements, source code, game mechanics, user interface) are protected by intellectual property law and remain, unless otherwise indicated, the exclusive property of the Operator or its partners.

6.2. Any reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation of these elements, in whole or in part, by any means whatsoever, is strictly prohibited without the Operator's prior written consent.

Article 7 — User Obligations and Conduct

The User undertakes to:

  • use the Website and the Service in accordance with their intended purpose and these Terms;
  • not attempt to circumvent, alter or manipulate the operation of the game, the ranking system or the anti-cheat system (use of bots, automated scripts, exploitation of technical vulnerabilities, score falsification, etc.);
  • not create or use any other account;
  • not interfere with the proper functioning of the Website or the security of the Operator's or other Users' IT systems.

Where the User breaches the obligations set out in this article, the Operator shall apply a graduated set of measures, unless the breach is serious enough to justify immediate action:

  • a warning sent by email, identifying the breach and asking the User to comply with the rules;
  • where the situation is not remedied, or in the event of a serious or repeated breach (in particular: use of multiple accounts, attempted manipulation of the leaderboard or the anti-cheat system, breach of the Website's security), suspension or termination of the User's account, without notice or compensation.

In the event of termination under this article, any remaining Credits on the account are forfeited without refund, subject to mandatory statutory provisions. In the event of a minor, non-repeated breach warranting only a temporary suspension (rather than termination), the remaining Credits are retained and become usable again once the suspension period ends.

Profile Content: Avatar and Biography

Users may personalise their profile with an avatar and a short biography. This content must comply with these Terms and must not, generally speaking, be offensive, discriminatory, sexual or violent in nature, contravene public order or public morals, or infringe the rights of third parties (in particular intellectual property rights or personality rights).

Where these rules are not complied with, the Operator may, at any time and without prior notice, remove the non-compliant avatar and/or biography, which will then be reset to their default state. The User will be informed by email of this removal and its reason, and asked to comply with the rules going forward.

In the event of a repeat occurrence — that is, the publication of a new non-compliant avatar and/or biography following an initial removal — the User will be subject to the suspension or termination measures for their account set out in this article, without any further warning being required. If such a repeat occurrence results in termination, the remaining Credits on the account are forfeited under the conditions described above.

Article 8 — Service Availability and Liability

8.1. The Operator strives to ensure continuous access to the Website, without however guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. The Service may in particular be suspended for maintenance purposes, without this giving rise to any liability on the part of the Operator.

8.2. The Operator is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from an interruption of the Service, a technical failure beyond its control, or a loss of data related to the use of the Website.

8.3. The User is solely responsible for the equipment used to access the Service (hardware, internet connection, browser).

8.4. The Service is designed and optimised for use on a computer (desktop browser), which represents the recommended configuration for an optimal gaming experience, in particular in terms of control responsiveness and display fluidity.

The Service remains accessible via tablet or smartphone; however, the Operator does not guarantee, on these devices, any level of comfort, precision or performance equivalent to that achieved on a computer. The User acknowledges that using the Service on a mobile device may affect their game results, without this being attributable to any malfunction of the Website.

For optimal conditions of use, the Operator recommends using an up-to-date browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge, in their latest version) as well as a stable internet connection. The Operator does not guarantee the Service's compatibility with outdated browsers or non-standard configurations.

8.5. The User acknowledges that the fluidity and responsiveness of the game depend directly on the quality of their internet connection, the performance of their equipment and the load on their browser at the time of play — factors over which the Operator has no control.

Accordingly, the Operator is not liable for a drop in performance, a temporary slowdown ("lag") or a lack of responsiveness affecting the course of the game and, where applicable, the score achieved, provided that such slowdown originates from the User's technical environment and not from a general and proven malfunction of the Website attributable to the Operator.

No claim, request for credit, or dispute over a score may be based solely on this ground. The case of a game interrupted before completion is governed by Article 4.4 of the Contest Rules.

Article 9 — Personal Data

The processing of personal data collected via the Website (account data, game data, data required for awarding prizes) is carried out in accordance with the applicable personal data protection law of the United Arab Emirates, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. For further details on the type of data collected, its purpose and the exercise of their rights, the User is invited to consult the Website's Privacy Policy.

Article 10 — Amendment of the Terms

The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time. The applicable Terms are those in force at the time the User connects to the Website. The User is advised to consult this page regularly.

Article 11 — Termination

11.1. The User may stop using the Service at any time and request the deletion of their account by contacting the Operator at the address indicated in Article 2.

11.2. Deletion of the account results in the permanent loss of unused Credits, without refund, in accordance with Article 4.4.

Article 12 — Governing Law and Disputes

These terms of use are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates. In the event of a dispute concerning their interpretation or performance, and in the absence of an amicable settlement, the courts of the United Arab Emirates shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Article 8 — Right of Withdrawal

8.2. By confirming their order, the Customer acknowledges that the supply of Credits begins upon payment confirmation, expressly requests immediate use of the Service, and thereby expressly waives their right of withdrawal as soon as a Credit is first used.

8.3. As a contractual goodwill gesture, and without this constituting a statutory right, the Seller agrees that, provided no Credit from an order has been used to start a game, the Customer may request cancellation of that order within 14 (fourteen) days of purchase by writing to the address given in Article 2.

Article 9 — Validity Period and Exclusion of Refunds

The same applies where an ongoing game is interrupted by the Customer, under the conditions set out in Article 4.4 of the Contest Rules.

  • no prize is awarded for that cycle; the leaderboard for the cycle nonetheless remains published for informational purposes;
  • the prizes to be won for that cycle are carried over unchanged (same nature, same value) to the following cycle, in place of the prizes that would otherwise have been offered for that following cycle;
  • for each participant who achieved at least one score during that cycle, their best score is carried over to the following cycle as an acquired minimum score;
  • the revenue for that cycle is combined with that of the following cycle: the threshold, assessed on the basis of this cumulative revenue and observed at the end of the second cycle, remains the value of the carried-over prizes (with no addition of a prize value specific to that second cycle, since no separate prize is offered for it);
  • each participant affected by this carry-over is automatically notified by email, at the address associated with their account, of the non-award of the cycle's prizes and the carry-over of their score to the following cycle.
